Middlesbrough were relegated from the Premier League after they lost 3-0 at league leaders Chelsea on Monday and will join north-east rivals Sunderland in the Championship next season. This step was big for us, a big win. We're still chasing a points tally that will keep us in eighth position so we have a lot to play for.

Chelsea will win the Premier League with a win at West Brom!

Chelsea can now wrap up a second title in the space of three years by beating West Bromwich Albion on Friday, and Conte is eager to wrap it up as soon as possible.

With the nature of the EPL being physically tough, Wenger stated it will be hard for teams involved in European tournaments and that he is eager to see how league leaders Chelsea respond next season.

Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas was named as the Man of the Match after the Blues' 3-0 triumph over Middlesbrough last night, and was interviewed by Sky Sports in a post-match hearing.

Conte's wife Elisabetta Muscarello was also in the stands at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues won the 2014-15 title under the former Real Madrid manager but he was sacked for a second time at Stamford Bridge just seven months later and Chelsea finished tenth as Leicester claimed a surprise crown.

Leeds left-back Charlie Taylor is a target and an agreement is close, with the 23-year-old set to leave Elland Road after boss Garry Monk said he refused to play at Wigan last weekend.

"We'll give it our best. I wasn't calm. I wasn't calm, or tranquilo", Conte said at a news conference at Cobham Training Ground.

"I'm enjoying it more now than I was a week or two ago when it was really tight, we were winning and they [Tottenham] were winning, and the pressure was on".

In this mood it is hard to see the league title coming from anywhere other than at West Brom on Friday night.

"I like to underline this season, at the start it was not easy because we faced a lot of problems".

'I think that when you suffer, you become stronger and then you are ready to face every situation - above all, problematic situations during games.

"It would be nice if we got a result to go around the pitch and appreciate our own supporters after that game, " added defender Gareth McAuley.
