The Powerball jackpot soars to an estimated $435 million as no ticket matched all six numbers in Wednesday night's drawing.

Someone hit it big playing the Powerball in Williston.

The Powerball winning numbers are: 5-21-57-66-69.

Powerball is sold in 44 states, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Due to this practice, some players will find slight variations when playing Powerball in different states.

Furthermore, the official Powerball website says, "You can play the game and you can collect prizes".

The next Powerball drawing will be this Saturday and could pass the ninth largest in USA history, $448.4 million, by the time the numbers are pulled at 10:59 p.m. ET.

This is the biggest potential Powerball prize since a $435.3 million jackpot was won February 22 by a graduate of Purdue University who asked to remain anonymous. Averitt beat the odds of 1 in 11,688,053 to win his prize!

He bought the lucky ticket at the Kangaroo Express on McArther Road, and all five white balls matched. Players may select their own numbers or let the terminal make the selection for them via a Quick Pick (QP) ticket.

The ticket is worth $1,674,648.

Of course, since each drawing starts out fresh, no history of winning numbers really matters, but some people are superstitious. "There are nine ways to win on a ticket, so make sure to check carefully to see if you're a victor".

Powerball tickets were selling fast in Southwick.

For roughly three months, there has been no victor of one of the biggest lottery jackpots.

Winners have the option of receiving their winnings in yearly installments or in an estimated $273.1 million lump sum.

Since January 2016, theLotter has helped create Powerball millionaires in Canada, El Salvador & Australia, and a Moscow chauffeur won €824,000 in the Austria Lotto! It continues to roll from $40 million each week until the jackpot is won again.

The new annuity value of the jackpot exceeds the $429 million won by New Jersey's last Powerball jackpot winners, the Smith family of Trenton, who won $429 million last May. If there is no jackpot victor, the amount grows even larger for the next drawing.

The player in North Carolina also played the Power Play option which increased their winnings to $2 million.
