She's seeking damages for $1 and hopes that the verdict serves "as an example to other women who may resist publicly reliving similar outrageous and humiliating acts", according to her lawsuit.

The Denver Post reported that security removed Mueller from the concert shortly after the meet-and-greet photo session and Swift's manager Frank Bell told KYGO about the alleged incident.

Entertainment news outlet TMZ obtained and published the photo, which has since been sealed by the court.

"He reached under my skirt and grabbed my a** right when I was having to pose for a photo, and it felt intentional that that would be the time he would choose to do it", she claimed during her deposition about a photo taken with Mueller and his girlfriend at the time.

According to pre-trial legal documents obtained by CNN, Mueller launched a law suit in 2015 claiming Swift and her co-defendents (including her mother), falsely accused him of improperly touching the star, and is now seeking £2.3 million in damages. Mueller is also expected to testify, along with Mueller's former boss and members of Swift's entourage. Mueller was sacked the day after the conversation.

She is asking that attorney's fees and costs be paid for by Mueller along with compensatory damages to be proven at trial.

It seems unlikely that either side in the case is in the mood to settle, meaning the jury trial considering both sides' lawsuits should go ahead this week, and could last for two weeks. Other than that, it's basically his word against hers.

In it, Mueller's hand is hidden behind the singer near her bottom but he claims the only physical contact they had was when their arms brushed as they took their positions. Mueller was backstage with his girlfriend when they met with Swift, then 23, in a curtained enclosure.

Aside from her on-again, maybe off-again feud with Katy Perry, pop star Taylor Swift has had a relatively quiet year by her standards. He was invited to the June 2, 2013 meet-and-greet as part of his job, and that is where the alleged groping incident took place.

The nine-day hearing, at Denver's Alfred A. Arraj courthouse, will be presided over by US District Judge William Martinez.

Swift denied those claims as well stating in the countersuit, "Ms".

Both Swift and her mother, Andrea Swift - who's also named as a defendant in the case - will testify at some point during the trial, according to the final pretrial order. If you're not one of those groups of 32, an overflow room in the courthouse will be made available for an additional 75 people, who will be allowed to watch the trial on closed-circuit television.
