The Nintendo Switch version of Rocket League is getting some Nintendo-themed cars and accessories as free content when the game releases on the Nintendo Switch sometime this holiday season.

Rocket League is a futuristic action-sports game where players pilot rocket-powered vehicles in an enhanced version of soccer by driving their vehicles into the ball and other players in a variety of arenas.

Rocket League will be available on the Nintendo Switch later this year.

Two of the cars are Mario and Luigi themed, and aptly named the Mario NSR and the Luigi NSR. If you're on the orange team, you'll get the Mario NSR, and if you're on blue, you'll play with the Luigi NSR. The Samus auto will also have different colors depending on which team you are on, styled after different Varia suits. The "Samus" Gunship' is a Metroid inspired vehicle based on Samus Aran's body armor with the classic yellow, green and red colors making it a sight for sore eyes.

Developer Psyonix has unveiled a Mario NSR vehicle for the Orange Team and Luigi NSR auto for the Blue Team.

Furthermore this new edition of Rocket League will feature The "Mario" and "Luigi" Toppers on any auto, the "Super Star" Rocket Boost for the Mario and Luigi cars and the "Wave Beam" Rocket Boost for the "Samus" Gunship'.
