Another awesome feature in the 4.0 update relies on the ability to transfer users, saving data to another Nintendo Switch console. Instead, the gaming firm only officially announced the new video capture and data transfer features in the update.

Switch has surpassed 2 million units sold in the USA since launch, and when combined with sales from the 3DS product family, as well as the recently released Super NES Classic, Nintendo hardware accounted for "two-thirds of the month's total" hardware sold. Just attach your Joy-Cons to the Switch unit and head over to the Controller section of the System Settings menu. It can be launched by pressing and holding the dedicated screen capture button of the hybrid console, and once recording is finished, the video will be saved to the Nintendo Switch album. Super Mario Odyssey will be the fifth game to support it, but Nintendo has yet to reveal any future titles that will work with video capturing. Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle actually ranked highest at number seven, with The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe ranking at numbers 10 and 11, respectively. However, you should know that this is a permanent migration. Also, you will have the ability to pre-purchase and pre-load particular games from the eShop.

To take advantage of the new feature, simply plug in your headphone's USB adapter to the USB port on the Switch's dock, and you'll be good to go. The News feed gets a new look, which will make it easier for players to unsubscribe to channels with irrelevant posts. The new patch also brings changes to wireless connectivity.

The process to transfer save data between two Nintendo Switch units is a bit lengthy, but at least the option is finally available for gamers.
