The Pro Football Hall of Fame running back, who was released from a Nevada prison on October 1 after serving time for his involvement in a September 2007 robbery in Las Vegas, caused enough of a scene in a Vegas casino that he was booted and banned from the property.

Simpson's attorney denied the allegations, arguing his client was not under the influence and the drug and alcohol test he took that night came back negative.

Bruce Fromong said in a TV interview, "O.J. was the last person I was expecting to see and when I saw him I was just thinking, 'O.J., how can you be this stupid?"'

TMZ, citing unnamed hotel staffers, reported around midnight Wednesday, Simpson was drunk and became disruptive at the Clique bar at the Cosmopolitan, breaking glasses.

Simpson was released from prison shortly after midnight October 1 after serving nine years of a 33-year sentence for robbing sports memorabilia dealers in a Las Vegas hotel room in 2007.

Simpson, 70, got angry with the workers, prompting security guards to respond and remove him from the hotel.

But KABC in Las Vegas is reporting that according to a witness account, Simpson was not drunk and that even though others in his party drank wine, he abstained.

Maybe it's time for the Juice to lay low for a bit and stick to hanging with the IG models.

The former National Football League was famously acquitted for his wife's murder back in 1994.
