P Diddy says he wants to buy the Carolina Panthers

This weekend news broke that Carolina Panthers owner Jerry Richardson is being investigated by the National Football League for workplace misconduct allegations.

Panthers interim general manager Marty Hurney said he had never seen any evidence of Richardson displaying any sexual or racial misconduct in the workplace.

In a statement earlier Sunday, team spokesman Steve Drummond said the team was "fully committed to a full investigation" of the allegations and is "taking appropriate steps to address and remediate misconduct". I know he made it the old fashion way; he worked for it. "And we will win Super Bowl after Super Bowl".

"He'll be the first to tell you he's had a blessed life", Jones said. It's truly helped the growth of this city and this community.

They dazzle us with their athleticism.

The hip-hop mogul noted that the NFL's current roster of owners lacks diversity: Despite the high percentage of black players in the league, he'd be the first black owner. Judy Battista of NFL.com said the reason given was for Richardson to "focus on team sale", like there isn't an NFL investigation into his alleged actions.

"I believe it is time to turn the franchise over to new ownership", Richardson wrote, saying he wouldn't begin discussions until after the season.

"While I will no longer be the team owner, I will always be the Panthers Number One fan", Richardson's letter said.

The settlements came with non-disclosure requirements forbidding the parties from discussing the details, according to the SI article written by Jon Wertheim and Viv Bernstein.

Richardson and his ownership group paid $206 million in 1993 for an expansion team. Then, in his rolling Southern drawl, he'd offer comment, drawing from a store of one-liners he'd recycle each week.

If you can't play for them, join them?

The statement about the upcoming sale was released on the Carolina Panthers official website Sunday night.

The Panthers originally announced Friday that the team opened an investigation into the allegations, which have not been revealed because of the nature of the issue.

On Instagram, he said he'd let Kaepernick compete with the Panthers' QB Cam Newton for starting position.

"There are no majority African American NFL owners".

Carolina held on to beat the Green Bay Packers and solidified its playoff chances in the process.

They give back, with their wallets and with their time.

The Panthers were valued at $2.3 billion by Forbes, so Diddy would likely need to partner with other investors to assemble the finances to purchase the Panthers.

But I do expect him, as someone who is in charge of one of the most beloved franchises in sports, to understand why this is not the time to call Richardson a "really outstanding" man of the game, in a game full of actually inspiring people.
