Reliance giving new year's wishes by introducing the Happy New Year Offer

Jio has just launched Rs 199 and Rs 299 prepaid plans that offer 1.2 GB and 2 GB per day data and come with a month validity. This plan clearly is an attempt by Vodafone to compete with Jio, which still is ahead in terms of the offerings for the same money. The Rs 198 plan is only valid for Vodafone's existing customer.

Other benefits like 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calls for 28 days are also included in this bundled plan. Validity for both plans is 2GB per day. The Rs 198 recharge pack offers unlimited local and STD voice calls and 1GB data per day. The Jio customers can get 2GB 4G data per dayalong with free and unlimited local, STD and roaming calls. For prepaid users, it is now possible to get 1GB daily data with a recharge of under Rs 300. Jio Rs 399 prepaid recharge planJio's prepaid recharge plan priced at Rs 399 comes with 70 GBs of high speed data for a validity period of 70 days. Earlier the company was offering 1GB of 3G/4G data for the entire month. Vodafone is making national roaming free with these two prepaid recharge plans. Beyond this, they will be charged calls at 30 paise per minute for the remaining day and week, respectively. If you are a new customer, you need to pay Rs 229 for the same offer. Jio on Friday evening announced two newly monthly subscription plans under the Happy New Year plans 2018. Another difference is the unlimited data usage after the daily limit. Jio Rs 509 prepaid recharge plan Jio's Rs 509 prepaid recharge plan offers high speed data of 98 GBs for a validity period of 49 days. This 229 plan of Vodafone offers same benefits as the 199 plan with an added advantage that users opting for Vodafone 229 plan will get 1GB 4G data per day, 100 Free SMS per day and Unlimited calls. To continue doing good business, the company has also introduced a new plan of Rs. 229.
