The winning numbers for the $384 million Powerball jackpot were drawn Saturday.

The Rolling Cash 5 jackpot for the next drawing is $130,000 for hitting all five numbers and the odds of winning are 1-in-575,757.

Both are played in 44 states, plus Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Meanwhile, Wednesday night's Powerball jackpot is up to $440 million.

Tuesday night's Mega Millions jackpot is worth an estimated $343 million, with a cash payout of about $215 million. For Powerball, it's one in roughly 292 million.

In the 15-year history of Mega Million, four jackpots were won in the first week of the year.

The very next Mega Millions drawing was won by a single lottery ticket sold in IL.

"It's something we often see, particularly when there are two big jackpots - people buying both tickets, " said Jeff Lenard, spokesman for the National Association of Convenience Stores, whose members sell about two-thirds of the nation's lottery tickets. It was sold in MA.

If the jackpot is won, it would be the eighth largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.

That makes it more likely for the grand total to roll into the next drawing.

The odds of winning jackpots in either game are incredibly small. You can watch the drawing live at 10:59 p.m. Wednesday, right before News 6 at 11 p.m.
