There are other smartphones that are more affordable, however, the Nokia 6 (2018) might prove to be worth every cent.

Nokia is also rumored to release Nokia 9, Nokia 8 (2018) and Nokia 6 (2018) in January 2018. Fortunately, this phone is not shrouded in mystery, so we do not have to wait until tomorrow to know about its specs and design.

The Nokia 6 2018, when you look at it for the first time, doesn't look all that different from the original Nokia 6.

The original Nokia 6 also debuted in China, before a full launch at Mobile World Congress a year ago. The screen dimensions are the same, at 5.5 inches and 1080p HD resolution, and the cameras are unchanged, at 16 megapixels on the back and 8 megapixels on the front. Nokia 6 (2018) is powered by a 2.2GHz Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 630 processor, as against a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 one in Nokia 6. Nevertheless, that doesn't mean the Nokia 6 (2018) is outright boring. But expect the quality to be better in this year's model, likely with the help of software optimizations. The Nokia 6 2018, on paper, supports Bluetooth 5.0 and fast charging (not sure whether it's Quick Charge 4 though) and comes with LPDDR4 RAM. Theres a good distance between it and the camera, which is what we like to see. Apparently, the smartphone will be available exclusively through Amazon India for a price that hasn't been disclosed yet.

HMD Global has unveiled Nokia 6 (2018) in China, which is the successor to company's mid-budget Nokia 6 smartphone, launched in January 2017. The internal storage of the new model is expandable up to 128GB. The 32GB version's price is $230, while the 64GB variant will sell for $260.

Update: New images and info about specs and availability leaked.

Both phones have a 5.5-inch 1080 x 1920 screen, a 3,000mAh battery, a 16MP rear camera, an 8MP front-facing one, 32GB or 64GB of storage, a microSD card slot and now run Android Nougat.
